Step 4: Arrange pickup or self-ship the product

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and inspected
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account

5. Exchange Policy
